制备流程,避免了使用可能会破坏蛋白质多肽结由于使用了叔丁醇-水混合构的高速剪切。再者,
在-50~-55℃冷冻干燥很大程度上减少溶剂,
TP-5在60℃时24h内不会了能量的消耗。此外,
被破坏,冷藏条件下4d内基本稳定,冷冻条件下
1个月内稳定,200W、15min内超声不会影响其稳定性,本方法中还加入了一定量的乳糖与卵
TP-5更趋稳定。本方法制备的TP-5纳米粒磷脂,
质量佳且制备过程简单,在肺部给药中具有很好
的应用前景。
