糖尿病模型大鼠坐骨神经传导速度的动态变化
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of sciatic nerve sensory and motor conduction velocity of diabetes mellitus (DM) rats at different time points. Methods DM models were established by streptozocin (STZ) (60 mg/kg) intraperitoneal injection. 80 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control, DM 0, 2, 4, 8, 12 w groups. Sciatic nerve motor nerve conduction velocities (MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocities (SNCV) were measured by Medtronic Keypoint4 Workstation electromyography in different time points. Results Compared with control group, DM group rats showed no significant differences in SNCV and MNCV before and 4 w after STZ injection. Since 4 w after STZ injection, DM rats began to show the slowness of SNCV and MNCV. The slowness progressed with the extension of DM course. Compared with those of control group, SNCV and MNCV of DM 4, 8, 12 w groups were decreased 10.91% and 10.42%,14.81% and 14.89%,16.36% and
7.39%,respectively(P<0.01). Conclusions DM rats appear obvious peripheral nerve function disturbances in the early period (4 w), and the damages are aggravated with the extension of DM course.
