中小企业国际化经营的现状、存在问题和对策分析
摘要:中小企业国际化经营已成为我国主动融入经济全球化的重要方面。本文论述了我国中小企业国际化经营的的现状,并从内部和外部另个角度分析了我国中小企业国际化经营所面临的市场定位不准、科技含量不高、融资困难、关税壁垒等障碍性问题。从中小企业从内部努力的微观策略和政府主导型的宏观策略两个渠道提出了推进中小企业国际化经营的对策建议。

Abstract: Ever since the reform and opening policy was carried in China, its national medium-small sized enterprises have been developed well. These enterprises have also played an important role in fostering foreign the social economy and increasing opportunities of employment. Nowadays, it has become a necessary trend for medium-small sized enterprises to operate internationally. On the other hand, there are still problems with them regarding how to win market share with sound financial management and personnel management. This paper has analyzed strategies for the problems with consideration on both internal and external factors in the enterprises. It has also analyzed measures from both micro-perspective and macro-perspective with emphasis on efforts for the enterprises themselves with the governmental guidance.
