trans-regionalandcross-borderflowofvariousresourcesandfactorsofproduction,formingacorridoreconomicbeltfeaturingmutualreinforcement,regionaldivisionoffunctions,interconnecteddevelopmentandsharedgrowth,andfosteringamainarteryforChina-ASEANcooperation.InordertofurthersupportthebuildingoftheASEANCommunityandhelpASEANnarrowregionaldevelopmentgaps,ChinaisreadytosetupadialogueandcooperationmechanismwithcountriesalongtheMekongRiver,whichwillcomplementandcoordinatewiththeGreaterMekongSubregionEconomicCooperationProgram(GMS),sothatsub-regionalcooperationwillbringevengreaterbenefitstothepeopleofChinaandASEANcountries.

第六，大力增进人文交流。人民相互了解越多、友谊越深，越有利于双方友好关系全面持久稳定发展。中方愿进一步密切与东盟各国在教育、文化、科技、环保、旅游、卫生等领域合作，加强青年、媒体、智库和地方交流。中方将积极落实向东盟国家提供1.5万个奖学金名额，用好中国－东盟中心、中国－东盟教育交流周、中国－东盟教育培训中心、中国－东盟环保合作中心等平台；设立中国－东盟技术转移中心；支持中国－东盟思想库网络建设；推动建设泛北部湾和海上丝绸之路旅游圈。今年是中国－东盟文化交流年，我们要共同办好百余项形式多样的文化活动，增强双方民众的文化共鸣和情感联系，共同夯实双方关系的民意和社会基础，弘扬团结合作、同舟共济的亚洲精神。
