沃尔玛配送中心作业流程分析

随着连锁零售业的发展以及规模的不断扩大,大型连锁超市企业大部分已经建立了自有物流配送中心。在这种局势下,沃尔玛作为全球最大的零售企业,以其现代化的物流运作方式—配送中心获取利润,是与资金流、物流、信息流紧密相连的具体表现。本文首先对沃尔玛的配送中心进行介绍,通过详细分析沃尔玛配送中心作业流程与技术手段,总结出沃尔玛配送中心作业流程的运作效果,得出配送中心作业流程实现合理化离不开合理的规划和科学技术的应用的结论。合理的物流配送中心作业流程对整个企业的物流体系有着深远的影响,使其在实现规模效应的同时,更提升了竞争优势。

Abstract
With the development of the retail chain and the expansion of the scale, most large chain supermarket enterprises have established their own logistics distribution center. In this situation, wal-mart as the world's largest retail enterprise, with its modern logistics operation mode, profit distribution center, is closely connected with cash flow, logistics, information flow. Is presented in this paper to the wal-mart distribution center, through the detailed analysis of the wal-mart distribution center operation process and technology, sums up the working flow of the wal-mart distribution center operation effect, draw a distribution center operation process to achieve rationalization without reasonable planning and the conclusion of the application of science and technology. Reasonable logistics distribution center operation process for the whole enterprise logistics system has a far-reaching influence, in the realization of economies of scale at the same time, more enhanced competitive advantage.
