Map the previous SMH ERD (found in the Data Modelling Exercise) into tables
Part B: Creating the Database
Follow the procedure on page 128 of the reference book to create an SMH database in Microsoft Access. The details of the SMH database was outlined in Exercise 2 of the Data Modelling exercise. After you created all the constraints necessary for the database, start populating the tables with at least 5 rows.
Map the previous Sydney Uni ERD (found in the Data Modelling Exercise) into tables
Part A: Creating Forms
Follow the instructions from page 135 of the reference book in order to create a form for easy entering of data into the database. The database can be downloaded .

Part B: Creating Reports
Continuing with the Chipmunk database, follow the instructions from page 143 of the reference book in order to create a summary report of all the data in the Chipmunk database.
3. Download the provided database and generate the two Forms and one Report. You may need to download the Android image .
One of the forms needs to at least demonstrate the use of Tabs. The Tab Control is available under the Design tab >> Controls
group.
