改性造纸白泥用作水泥混合材的工业试验

摘
要:通过将造纸白泥的化学改性处理与对新型干法水泥生产系统的技术改造相结合的方法,利用高温水泥熟料冷却过程中产生的废余热(来自篦冷机第三段尾端,废气温度约为160~250℃)将其快速烘干,并作为混合材进入水泥熟料库,一次性解决了造纸白泥的改性预处理、烘干及资源化利用等关键问题。工业试验结果表明:当白泥掺量不超过6%wt时,所生产的P.C32.5R和P.O42.5R型水泥各项指标均满足国标GB175-2007的要求。项目总投资约80万元,依托2500t/d水泥熟料生产线可实现年处理白泥2~5万t,创造经济价值近300万元/年。关键词:造纸白泥;水泥混合材;工业试验
Abstract: In this paper was introduced an integrated innovation process of using modi ed lime mud from paper mills as cement admixture. The lime mud was dried by the exhaust gas (temperature about 160~250℃) coming from the back ends of the third unit of grate cooler in new type dry-process cement production system (NSP), during mixture with the cement clinker. The results show that the cement product can be accordance standard GB175-2007 of P.C32.5R and P.O42.5R, when the dosage of lime mud is in 6%wt. The total investment of the project is about 0.8 million RMB based on a 2500t/d NSP, with which 20~50 thousand tons lime mud can be disposed of annually, and the economic bene ts was created of nearly 3.0 million RMB per year.
