The Petro-CyberWorks Information Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as PCITC) is an leading IT service provider in the Chinese process industry.

The PCITC, founded in 2002, is a joint venture with registered capital of 50 million Yuan contributed by both SINOPEC and PCCW. The headquarters is located in Beijing, and has its branches in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Taiyuan and Yinchuan. The company has a workforce of more than 600 employees, including about 500 experts and technical talents.

Production Process Control and Optimization Solution

The production process control and optimization solution is deployed to solve problems existing in production process of enterprise, and mainly includes production process advanced control, production process flow simulation and optimization, and production real-time data management.

Simulation and optimization of manufacturing process is a feature that is obtained by creating a process model, which is used for simulating and studying process for manufacturing process optimization through process mechanism and parameter optimization. It produces a real time database to allow efficient retrieval and analysis by management and technical personnel.

Information System Engineering Supervision

With leading supervision force and more than 90 percent staff with medium qualification of national information system supervision, PCITC provides professional, authoritative and perfect supervision.

PCITC’s supervision service are adopted by government agencies, public security, coal, education, sanitary and security companies, covering computer network communication, application development, intelligent building and auto control.

The information system engineering supervision consists of four stages: project tendering, engineering design, project execution and work acceptance. The specific time for start and end of supervision work can be determined between the Owner Unit and Supervision Unit in light of actual conditions on the project and in accordance with the relevant provisions in the supervision contract.
