基因打靶技术研究进展及其应用(4)

下每次只研究一种因素的影响, 并通过杂交得到的多基因突变小鼠证实基因与复杂性疾病发生间的因果关系。国际小鼠基因敲除联盟将在不久的将来完成小鼠全基因组的基因敲除。国内也启动了十一五支撑计划系统研制条件基因打靶小鼠。下一轮miRNA敲除小鼠研制的热潮将会进一步帮助人类加深对生命本质的了解。可以想象基因打靶技术对生命科学和医学研究的深远影响才刚刚揭开序幕。
