Thousands of years ago, Many monks believed the lord of death rule the world in winter. They believed when the lord of death came, many ghosts came with him too.It was also believed that ghosts like to play tricks on people. Many children like to play trick on people too. Today children in America have a lot of fun dressing on costumes and going on trick or treating. People celebrate Halloween on October 31. Now Halloween is a holiday especially fun for children.
