Continuous improvement: Grab every possible opportunity to

contribute by initiating changes;When some flaws take palace,revise them as soon as possible.Not only the General manager but also the work stuff ought to participate in continuous improvement.

Employee involvement:It's not only the manager's responsibility to

carry on total quality management,so are the whole stuff.On one hand,the leaders should come up with a series of measures to stimulate or encourage stuff to take part in TQM like material incentive and moral encouragement and so on. On the other hand,the stuff should be conscious that only the company is competitive and strong enough,can the staff enjoy a stable and satisfactory employment post.Therefore,the staff should be voluntary and spontaneous to conduct TQM.

Customer satisfaction :The degree of customers' satisfaction is a

touchstone for product quality,so TQM should continue controlling activities with the aim of ensuring that products and services are fit for purpose and meet the specifications.It's wise to pay more attention to customer

service,TQM should ensure customers can receive satisfactory treatment before,during,and after the sale.
