Abstract:Thispaperintroducesthestructure,encodingmethod,andthecomputationprocessforcodecheckingofakindofunidimensionalbarcode,Code39.BasedonCode39,amanagementsystemforuniversityrecruitmentwasdesignedun2derC/Smode.Thesystemconsistsoffourmodules,whicharedatamanagement,barcodecreationandprinting,checkingin,andstatisticreport.Withtheapplicationofthissystem,thedataoffresherscanbefullycollectedandmanagedintime,se2curelyandaccurately.Therefore,thesystemisvaluableforpracticaluse.

Abstract:Grid2searchmethod,whichaimstosolvethepa2rametersselectionproblemsforSVMmethod,isintroducedtoshort2termloadforecastingbasedonsupportvectormachinesaf2tertheparameterperformanceofsupportvectormachines(SVM)isanalyzed.Thismethodreducestheblindnessforthechoiceofanappropriatesetofparameters,anditishelpfultoimprovethepredictionprecisionofSVMmethod.ExperimentsarecarriedoutonthebasisofthehistorydataofferedbyEast2SlovakiaPowerDistributionCompany.Simulationresultsshowthatthisimprovedalgorithmisvalidandeffective.
