main consumers of closed circulation cooling water are MDBFP motor air cooler, PA fan hydraulic coupler cooling, SA fan hydraulic coupler cooling, ID fan hydraulic coupler cooling, steam water sample cooling water, slag cooler cooling water, vacuum pump cooling water. During stage of feeding water, emphasize to check water feeding and air discharging situation of these coolers. Make sure that they are full filled with closed circulation cooling water. Because the water consumption quantity is very large, special person should set to supervise work situation. When MDBFP is not operating, MDBFP motor air cooler inlet valve should be closed after water flushing, to avoid motor dew formation..

6.2 System trial run

6.2.1 The shaft coupler of motor and pump has been correctly connected. Manually roll the rotor to ensure that the rotation is normal. There is not metal friction in acting part.

6.2.2 Feed water to closed cooling water system expansion water tank until the intermediate water level is reached. Open valves and connect the expansion water tank and closed cooling water system system.

6.2.3 Start up one closed cooling water system pump and after 5s manually press accident button locally to check that the rotating direction of water pump is normal without any abnormal friction.

6.2.4 Restart closed cooling water pump and check that the closed cooling water pump can interlock start up to full open and the outlet pressure is normal. At the same time check the current returning situation and record the startup current.

6.2.5 Strictly supervise the pressure differential of inlet filter during the stage of system trial run.

6.2.6 Carry out cleaning to system pipes: all pipes, heat exchangers, water-water heat exchanger in system.

6.2.7 Carry out 2 to 4 hours trial run to pumps and system. During the process of trial run, carry out integral checking to system and record the related parameters every 30min (motor current, coil temperature, bearing vibration, bearing temperature, pump inlet and outlet pressure, etc).

6.2.8 After stop the pump when trial run to closed cooling water pump has been completed, start up another closed cooling water pump. Carry out interlock test to closed cooling water pump. If closed pump has motor coil or shaft bearing
