Abstract
Founded in 1987, Huawei was founded in Shenzhen, China, the world's second-largest telecommunications equipment supplier, the world's third-largest smartphone maker, is also a leading global information and communications solutions provider. Companies around the customer's needs continuous innovation, collaboration with partners and opening up in the field of telecommunications networks, enterprise networks, consumers and end-to build a cloud computing solution strengths, and is committed to telecom operators, enterprises and consumers providing competitive ICT solutions and services, continuing to enhance the customer experience, to create maximum value for customers. At present, Huawei's products and solutions have been deployed in over 140 countries, serving the world's population of 1/3, from a lack of able in just ten years time, 20 people developed into a small factory now employs such a 2.4 million people, with annual sales of 46.2 billion yuan ranked former world telecommunications industry 20 high-tech enterprises, precisely because Huawei unique incentives for achievement now laid a solid foundation. The so-called incentive mechanism, in fact, it should be more accurate employee incentives, because, in the final analysis, the object is to inspire people, that is the staff. Huawei's unique incentives can be summarized in three areas: material incentives, cultural motivation, mental stimulation.
