摘 要:本设计是一个年产12万t聚氯乙烯(PVC)反应工程中的聚合反应工段的设计。其中涉及到
物料衡算,热量衡算,聚合反应釜的选型。并绘制聚合反应工段的基本工艺流程图和主体聚合反应釜的装配图。

Abstract: The design is a one of the polymerization section of 120kt/a PVC , which involves the material balance, heat balance, the polymerization reactor’s selection. we draw the polymerization reactor assembly drawing and the flow chart of the polymerization section.
