And the current situation of sub-health in China is not optimistic at all. It’s widespread in China. According to the survey, 75% of commuters in Beijing,72% in Shanghai and 70% in Guangzhou are all in the sub healthy state.

There are several reasons responsible for the phenomenon. For one thing, it is excessive pressure that leads to sub-health. For another, irregular work and rest and poor eating habits are undoubtedly the invitation to sub-health.

How to deal with sub-health? Obviously, attention ought to be paid to it and some countermeasures should be adopted immediately. On the one hand, to guarantee a good health, it’s of significance to learn self decompression and take a positive attitude towards life. On the other hand, keeping a balance between work and rest will be of great help. Additionally, exercise is indispensable in daily life as the saying goes, ”The life lies in movement” .
