Guest: The toilet doesn’t flush.

Guest: The water tap drips all night long.I can hardly sleep.

Staff: I’m very sorry,sir.Some part needs to be replaced.I will be back soon.

Guest: Yes, of course. It’s a black Canon AE.

Staff: When and where did you first find your camera missing? Guest: This morning after I came back to my room. Staff: Where did you go?

Guest: I had breakfast in the breakfast in the coffee shop. Then I went to the drug store and straight back to my room.

Staff: We will check there with Security and do our best to find your camera.

Staff: Good afternoon, is that Mrs. Mary? Guest: Speaking, please.

Staff: This is Housekeeping, we have found your camera. Guest: Really? How wonderful! Where was it?

Staff: At the restaurant. Could you come down to our office at the 8th floor? Guest: Great. I’ll be right away, thanks a lot.

Staff: Please go straight along the hallway, turn right at the end of the hallway to the left.

Guest: Thank you, by the way, could you please tell me how to go to the gym? Staff: The gym is on this floor. It’s over there, can you see it? Guest: Yes, thank you for your information. Staff: You are welcome.

I’ll call the ambulance immediately. 我马上叫救护车

Staff: Please lie down and remain still, Mr. Brown. I will call for help right now. Please hold the line.

Guest: I’m not feeling good now. I get terrible stomachache and have loose bowels. Staff: I’m sorry to hear that. You really look so pale. What’s the matter?

Guest: Not necessary. But please do me a favor. I want you to help me buy some aspirin. Staff: I’m sorry I can’t do that, sir. It’s against our hotel’s regulations. I think it’s better to accompany you to the hospital.

Guest: Thanks. I don’t think it’s that serious. And I don’t like the disinfectant smell there. Staff: If anything get more serious, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
