Dear Sir, Dear Madam,
I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with my room mate and request to another accommodation next term.
My main problem is that I cannot study in my room because my room-mate always has friends visiting. He also has parties, which usually ends early in the morning, several times a week. Further more he often borrows my things without asking me.
I cannot accept this situation any longer. Especially because I have very important exams next term and I really must study hard. This is why I would be very grateful if I could have another room next term. It would be most convenient for me not having to share my room with someone else.
I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
Yours faithfully Dee White

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing you to express my dissatisfaction with my room mate and request alternate accommodation starting next term.
The main problem is that I find it extremely difficult to study in my room because my roommate constantly has friends visiting and throw loud parties which often last until early morning. This does not just happen once or twice a month. He has these parties several times a week, ever since the beginning of the term. In addition, my roommate often borrows my things without asking me. Even after numerous polite requests, there has been no change in my roommate’s behaviour. It has now gotten to the point that we don’t even talk to each other. This has added a lot of undue stress, which has started to take its toll on my studies.
Because I have very important exams next term, I must request a new room, and I would like to have a single room, if that is at all possible. I would be very grateful if you would consider this request at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your help in this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
