［Abstract］DatingbacktotheJindynasty，thecompilationofhistoricalatlasenjoysalonghistoryinChina．ButtheancienthistoricalatlasmainlyfocusedonChina'sadministrativeregions，nationalterritoriesandlandscapes，whichwasdifferentfromthemodernhistoricalatlasusingthegeographiccoordinatesystemtogivecomprehensivedemonstrations．Since1950，thecompilationofhistoricalatlashassteppedintoaboomperiodinChina．Atpresent，inthecompilationofhistoricalatlasinChinawecanfindalotofdeficiencies，whichhavenegativeeffectsonthereliabilityandvalidityofthecompilationofhistoricalatlas．Therefore，wehaveeveryreasontobelievethatthesynchronizationofannotation，theapplicationwithinformationtechnologyinatlas，thevisualizationofmulti-dimensionsandtherestorationofhistoricalsceneswillbethefourdevelopmenttrendsofChina'scompilationofhistoricalatlasinthefuture．

［Abstract］DuringtheAnti-JapaneseWarPeriod，undertheinfluenceofSongLearning，especiallyoftheHistoriographyofEasternZhejianginSouthSong，thehistoriographyoftheRepublicofChinachangedfromtheNewHistoriographytotheNewNationalistHistoriography．AftertheMukdenIncident，facedwiththenationalcrisis，historianslearnedfromthespiritofpragmatisminSongLearningandEasternZhejiangHistoriographyanddevelopedtheNewNationalistHistoriography．AftertheAnti-JapaneseWar，theNewNationalistHistoriographyintegratedintoMarxistHistoriography．Inaword，theHistoriographyoftheRepublicofChinadevelopedfromNewHistoriography，throughNewNationalistHistoriography，andfinallytotheMarxistHistoriography．
