Final approval of all changes to TL 9000 handbooks will be by vote of the QuEST Forum voting members in accordance with the QuEST Forum’s bylaws. Reissue of the TL 9000 handbooks will be determined by the QuEST Forum, but not to exceed five years following the last issue date.
