煤粉中矿物分布规律机理研究
陈佳宝,张洪,杨可洋5 (中国矿业大学化工学院,江苏 徐州 221008) 摘要:本文采集了两种不同变质程度的四种原煤,分别用振动制样机和球磨机粉磨到不同细度,利用筛分-工业分析和浮沉-激光粒度法分别研究了煤粉中矿物质的分布规律,从变质程度、灰分高低、粉磨方式、粉磨细度的不同这四个因素,探索影响煤粉中矿物分布规律的机理。研究发现灰分随着煤粉粒度的增加而增加,并且随着原煤的灰分增加这种灰分随粒度增加而增加的幅度也有所提高,但不同的粉磨方式对粒度-灰分曲线的影响较小。对比筛分-工业分析法和浮沉-激光粒度法,计算得出的粒度-灰分曲线基本一致。

15 Determination Mechanism of Mineral Distribution Pulverized Coals

Abstract: Four coal samples were collected for the paper, which were of two different metamorphic grades. These coal samples were pulverized to different fineness using Vibration Mill and Ball Mill. The distribution of minerals in pulverized coals was studied with the screen-proximate analysis method and the density fraction-laser particle size analysis method. Determination mechanism of mineral distribution pulverized coals was studied from the four aspects:metamorphic grade,ash content,power mills and the fineness. It was found that ash content increased with size fraction, and with the of original coal ash content increased the tendency was more obvious. While the pulverized coals from different mills showed similar rule, which proved that different grinding methods had little influence on the distribution of minerals in pulverized coal. Size-ash curves showed very similar with both method.

0 引言
煤炭是水泥厂熟料煅烧使用的最主要的燃料[1]。特别是1973年世界性的石油危机以来,国际水泥工业的燃料构成发生了进一步的变化,许多原来以石油为水泥工业主要燃料的国家也转变为燃煤,而中国水泥工业几乎全部是以煤炭为燃料进行生产[2]。
35 水泥工业中常用的煤粉制备设备主要有管式球磨机和立式辊磨机两种。球磨主要是利用
下落的研磨体(如钢球、鹅卵石等)的冲击作用以及研磨体与球磨内壁的研磨作用而将物料粉碎并混合。立式磨机主要依靠离心力,使物料向磨盘边缘移动,经过磨盘上的环形槽时受到磨辊的碾压而粉碎。其特点是能耗低、噪音小,产量大,和管式球磨相比可以节约30~40%的能耗,但是立磨细磨能力不如球磨[3,4]。
