我国农村信用社管理体制改革研究

摘 要：近年来，我国对农村信用社进行了一系列管理体制改革，但在改革过程中面临着产权归属模糊；管理机制不畅和由地方政府管理后所带来的一些不良后果等问题。文章分析了这些问题形成的原因并提出了解决这些问题的对策 。

Reaserch on Reform of Chinese Rural Credit Cooperative Management System

Abstract: In recent years, China has made some reforms in management system in rural credit cooperative, but there also existed some problems in this reform, such as the blurring of property right's belonging, not working smoothly of management machanism some bad results broguht after the management by the local goverment and so on.It analysed to the reasons of forming these problems and made a solvement to them.

1 前言

当前，农民收入水平低，收入增长慢，农业的比较效益低，农村社会、经济、文化比较落后 基于此，必须深化农村信用社管理体制改革、确保其对“三农”的有效支持[1]。
