2.InstituteofGeographicalSciencesandNaturalResources,,,Abstract:InspiteofinBeijing,theresearchesonwaterusequotamanagementonindustrialwaterconsumption,householdwaterconsumptionandagriculturalwaterption,andfewerstudieshavepaidtohotel’swaterconsumption.Therefore,itismeaningfultoanalyzethehotelwaterconsumptionfortransformationofhotelwaterusemanagement.Thispaperanalyzedthepresentsituationofhotelwaterconsumption,definedtheconceptofwaterusequotamanagementandputforwardfourprinciplesaboutwaterusequotamanagementbasedonthehotelwatersavingpractices.Analysisofprincipalcomponentsandcorrelationanalysiswereadoptedforconfirmingmajorinfluentialfactorsto,andmainsectors,ofhotelwaterconsumptionaswellasexistingproblems.WaterusequotaineachsectorofhotelwascalculatedthroughadvancedDi2meanmethodsasastandardoftechniqueinthewaterusequotamanagement.Thetotalquotaofwateruseindifferentlevelofwatersaving

wasputforwardbasedonregressionanalysis,probabilityestimationanalysis,advancedquadraticmeanmethodandgeometricmeanmethod.Differentwater2usingquotaindifferentstagewassuggestedforsmoothtransformationofurbanwater2usingmanagement,thatis210m3Πbedperyearinhotelsbelow32star(including32star)and300m3Πbedperyearinhotelsabove42star(including42star)duringperiodof2005～2007;169m3Πbedperyearand282m3Πbedperyearinvarioushotelsfrom2008to2010.Keywords:Hotel;Waterutilizationquotamanagement;Beijing
