水果损伤红外检测系统设计
摘 要:在水果的整个生产和消费过程中,水果损伤检测始终不容忽视,本文尝试运用脉冲红外热波技术进行检测,以具有代表性的苹果和甜瓜为例,所检测的损伤类型包括表面压伤、碰伤、表面腐烂和表面疤痕等。该检测系统以脉冲闪光灯作为热激励源,当被测物体即水果感受到脉冲光的作用时会产生热响应,将水果热响应的图像用红外热像仪记录下来,再对图像进行进一步的处理和分析,据此判断所测物体是否含有缺陷。

Abstract:In the entire process of production and consumption of the fruit, the detection of the damage would never be ignored. In this paper, we tried to test whether the technology of the thermal wave imaging would work in detecting the damage, we chose apples and melon as experimental subject, the damage types we tested include the bruised in the surface, bruising, decay and the scars in the surface, etc. The detection system uses pulse flash as a heat source, when the object, that is to say, the tested fruit felt the energy of the pulsed light, it would have a response. After we recorded the response with infrared thermal imager, we could judge whether the fruit has been damaged when we have a further processing and analysis.

1 引言
我国水果的种植面积大、产量高,而现在,水果生产的重点已经慢慢从提高数量转移到提高质量上来了。但由于水果的收购来源不一,因而水果的品质就有好有坏,再加上在采摘、储存及运输等过程中极易造成水果表面或内部不同程度的损伤,因而进行水果损伤检测很有必要。一般来说,比较严重的损伤(如破损、 腐烂等)肉眼即可识别或者可运用计算机视觉技术在可见光范围内检出。而轻微受
