6 结论
采用0 5 mCMOS工艺成功实现了由超再生振荡器、包络检波器、比较器、电荷泵和低通滤波器等构成的具有闭环控制功能的超再生振荡器.测试结果表明,该振荡器具有稳定的起振状态,与工艺、温度和电源电压等几乎无关,极大的方便了超再生无线接收机的调试和应用,适合于大规模生产.参考文献

基于图2所示超再生振荡器设计的315/433MHz无线接收机在不同的电源电压条件下(2 5~5 5V),工作正常,能正确接收和解调基带数据,图14是在电源电压分别为2 5和5V时接收得到的数据信号,经过与商用控制电路联调,证明经过接收并解调后得到的该数据是正确的.
