Quality control of stone curtain wall

Abstract

Stone curtain wall is defined by the natural stone panels to do the curtain wall,the panel stone can be based on the overall effect of the construction requirements,the use of appropriate color,texture and thickness of the stone products.Stone curtain wall is easy to coordinate with the glass and other decoration,the overall effect of exterior appearance, uniform color and durable.At present,it is more and more is used to high-grade hotels, restaurants,commercial office buildings,office building external wall decoration works. Decorative stone dry hanging method construction as a modern building decoration technology is gradually popularized in china.Stone dry hanging method is the use of high strength,corrosion resistance of the fixed connecting parts,will be installed in the construction process of the surface of stone.It compared with the traditional wet work with reliable connection,metal Guajian,high strength and good extensibility,ensure good seismic performance;dry hanging can from ambient temperature and climate control, improve work efficiency;high installation accuracy,good decorative effect,reduce the weight of buildings;from the chemical corrosion of cement mortar and cement,osmosis and the stone surface discoloration,off cause undesirable consequence.With the stone curtain wall dry hanging method of the continuous application of the construction process,the attendant quality problems are also corresponding increase.Some projects have even occurred dry hanging stone from the accident,and cause serious consequences.Therefore, how to control the quality of stone curtain wall dry hanging method is worthy of study and discussion.
