ABSTRACT

This project uses the bill of quantities tender, this method has become the inevitable trend of China's engineering bidding development, compared with the traditional way of bidding, the valuation mode of BOQ bidding, can effectively lead into competitive mechanism, desalt mark-bottom role, guarantee the quality, schedule, can set according to the "Bidding Law" and relevant regulations, and ultimately to no less than reasonable low-price bid-winning cost.

The design is based on the Wubao County Yixin area 2# building project bidding documents prepared by the civil engineering, the engineering calculation mainly includes, engineering quantity list, bill of quantity unit price, the preparation of tender documents, through the preparation of the design of the simulation of the bidding documents, its high professional and technical, to better adapt to the future work.
