Abstract Anefficientmethodwithmicro2chemistryandsolidphaseextraction(SPE)techniqueforthe

determinationof6pyrethroidspesticideresiduesinteabygaschromatography2massspectrometry(GC2MS)hasbeenestablished.The6pyrethroidspesticideswereextractedfromthesamplewithhexaneΠacetone(1+1,V/V),theextractwascleanedupwithacolumnof3mLsupelcleanEnvi2carbandLC2Alumina2NbymeansofSPE(SUPELCOVISIPREPTM).The6pyrethroidspesticideswereseparatedfromeachotherthroughHP25caapillarycolumn(25m×0.2mm×0.33μm)anddeterminatedbyGC2MS.Therecoveriesrangedfrom84.6%to11511%.Whentheaddedlevelwas0.10~1.00mgΠkg,RSDwere3%~7%(n=5)andthelimitofdetectionwas0.01~0.2mgΠkg.Themethodisrapid,sensitiveandsuitablefortheanalysisofpesticides.Keywords Pyrethroids,pesticides,tea,solidphaseextraction,gaschromatography2massspectrometry
