Prospects For Economic Development On The Green Building Discussion

Introduction

Contemporary scientific and technological progress and the rapid development of social productive forces and accelerate the process of human civilization at the same time, human society faces a series of major environmental and development issues and serious challenge. In urban development and construction process, we must give priority to ecological and environmental problems, and placed equal importance with economic and social status; the same time, we should further far-sighted, take into consideration the rational use of limited resources issues.

This is the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, "Rio Declaration" made "sustainable development" (Sustainable Development) the basic connotation of thought. That is, to change the expense of the environment, predatory, and even destructive development model, from the traditional resource-based development model, into a virtuous circle of eco-development model to promote economic and social, and environmental development.
