Abstract:Informalandsocializedlearningembeddedintheworkingsituationisoneofthemostimportantwaysofcorporatelearning.Socializedmedia,anopenandcollaborativereadingandwritingweb,hasanaturalabilitytosupportinformallearning.Itprovidesanewmethodforemployeestolearnnewknowledgeandskills,enhancetheirproblemsolvingskills,andfinallypromoteenterpriseknowledgesharingandinnovation.Byofferingavarietyofecologicallearningenvironment,thecorporatelearningsupportedbysocializedmediaemphasizestheorganizationalmemoryandtheaccumulationofknowledge,andlaysmuchstressonemployeeinvolvementandproblemsolving.Thecorporatelearningsystemsupportedbysocializedmediatakessocializedlearningasthecore.Therefore,itsdesignneedstobeconsideredfrommultipleperspectivesofthelearningsubject,contentgeneration,learningstyleandlearningenvironmentinordertoconstructaneffectivecorporatelearningframework.

Abstract:Corporateuniversityisaimedtoservecorporatestrategyandtargetedatsuchserviceobjectsasemployees,customers,suppliersandpartners.Beinganewtypeofuniversity,corporateuniversitytakesstudyasitsmaincontentsandstrivesforenhancinglearners'knowledgeandimprovingbusinessperformance.Corporateuniversity,whoseideaandconnotationisondeeperlevel,ismorethanjustanordinarytrainingcenter.Theoriesandmodelsofcorporateuniversityarecurrentlyatthestageofexploration.Fieldtheory,abasictheoryofhumanresourcedevelopment,paysmuchattentiontohumanbehaviorinthesurroundingenvironment,whichisappropriateforthecorporateuniversitythattakesstudyascorecontentsandattachesmuchimportancetocreatinglearningenvironmentforemployees.Thefieldtheory-basedcorporateuniversitymodelincludesstaticlearningfieldanddynamiclearningfieldanddescribestherelationsamongcorporatelearning,workplaceandperformance.Themodelisabletoclearlymarkoffthelogicalstructureofcorporateuniversity,reasonablyinterpretobject,orientationandsecurityofcorporateuniversityfromthreeaspectsofstrategy,economyandperformance,andguidetheconstructionofcorporateuniversity.
