料残存于新生角膜纤维间,24周时可见缺损周围胶原纤维排列方向改变,无规则板层结构。随机抽取每组角膜纤维各300次,测得rASCs PLGA组胶原纤维直径平均为(31.4(4.0)nm,PLGA组胶原纤维直径平均为(33.3(5.5)nm,正常兔角膜胶原纤维直径为
(30.9(3.3)nm,t检验进行统计学分析,结果提示rASCs PLGA组胶原纤维直径与正常兔角膜胶原纤维直径分布差异无统计学意义(P=0.08),PLGA组胶原纤维直径与正常角膜胶原纤维直径差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)
。
