我国城镇居民医疗保障体系的构建及路径选择

［摘要］建立城镇居民医疗保障体系是实现全民医保、构建

和谐社会的重要举措。文章以构建城镇居民医疗保障体系的

背景为切入点，对当前试点地区运行过程中存在的问题进行

了深入的剖析，在此基础上提出了新时期健全完善我国城镇

居民医疗保障体系的选择路径。

Abstract: The establishment of the urban resident’s

medical security system is an important measure to achieve

universal health insurance and society harmonization.

Taking the background of the urban residents’ medical

security system as the entry point, and on the basis of

surveying and analyzing the current problems, the author

puts forward the route choice in constructing and perfecting

urban residents’ medical security system in the new period.
