Abstract:Inthispaper,therelationshipbetweenhousingpricesandlandpriceswerere.tested
onpaneldataof28provincesfrom3,2002to6,2008.Empirical
causeanalysisresultsshowthat:bidInvitation,auctionandlistingsysteminland
t0certainraiseofoveralllevelhousingpriceupcorrect13.2percent.Atthesametime.throughpanelerrormodeltestinggrandercausality
aonhousingpriceandlandpriceconfirmedthatacrossthecoufltry,whetheritislong.termor
short--term,the
priceondemandpullofhousingpriceonlandpriceisobvious.whiletheeffectoflandhousingpriceismainlyreflectedinthelong
onterm.Thisarticleholdsthat,becauseofdifferentwaysoftheimpactoflandpricehousingpriceindifferentregions,differentregions
shouldbetargetedtotakedifferentmeasurestOrestrainthehousingprice.
