In this context, has the important theory significance and practical value of China's rural social security and pension issues. In this paper, the aging of rural social security under the background of endowment insurance as the research object, based on the necessity for China to improve the rural social security and pension insurance system, the implementation of the present situation, the new rural endowment insurance policy of our country's construction of new rural cooperative medical system present situation carries on the analysis, summarizes the existing in China the rural social security and pension insurance problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems, in order to perfect our country's rural social security and pension insurance system to provide reference value.
