鉴于甲方业务的需要，需要乙方为甲方提供特定服务。根据《中华人民共和国民法通则》、《中华人民共和国合同法》和有关规定，甲乙双方经平等协商一致，自愿签订本服务协议，共同遵守所列条款。

In terms of the business needs, Party A wants Party B to provide services for Party A. Pursuant to General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China, Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant regulations, Party A and Party B(collectively referred to as the “Parties” ) have willingly entered into this Service Contract (hereafter referred to as the “Contract”) after equal consultation and mutual agreements and shall comply with it.
