第七条争议解决

甲乙双方在履行本合同过程中发生争议的，应当通过协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均有权向甲方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Clause 7: Settlement of Disputes

In case that any disputes arise from the performance of this Contract, such disputes shall be settled through consultations first. In case that no consultations can be reached, either party can file a lawsuit under the jurisdiction of the People’s Court at the address of Party A.

第八条文本及生效

Clause 8:Text and Validity

8.1本合同文本一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份。

8.1This Contract is in duplicate, one for each party.

8.2本合同于双方盖章签字之日生效。

8.2This Contract enters into force since the date of seal and signature by Party A

and Party B.
