内蒙古银行2012年年度报告

蒙古银行股份有限公司（以下简称“内蒙古银行”）是经中国银行业监督管理委员会批准的区域性股份制商业银行。截止到2012年末，内蒙古银行注册资本金（股本）30亿元。下辖1个直属营业部,8家分行,68家支行，在职员工1984名。

2012年，内蒙古银行在自治区党委、政府的正确领导和大力支持下，在银行业监督管理机构的有效监管下，开拓创新，科学规划，稳步发展，取得了较好的经营业绩。截止到2012年末，全行资产总额 602.55亿元，较上年增长 136.47亿元；各项存款余额483.43 亿元，较上年增长 139.63亿元；各项贷款余额 202.24 亿元，较上年增长 43.02亿元；实现拨备前利润13.99亿元，净利润 8.44 亿元，较上年增长2.36亿元。

过去的一年，内蒙古银行按照《公司法》、《商业银行法》等法律法规和银行监管要求，大力提升董事会、监事会履职能力，不断提高公司治理水平；调整组织架构，梳理业务流程，完善制度建设，强化全面风险管理；科学布局机构网点，不断延伸服务触角；加大业务创新力度，不断提升品牌影响力，为健康可持续发展奠定了坚实的基础。

站在新的历史起点，内蒙古银行继续秉承“专注于心、高效于行”的理念，深入贯彻落实党的十八大精神和中央、自治区经济工作会议精神，牢牢抓住“扩大内需、提高创新能力、促进经济发展方式转变”这一新机遇，坚定信念，科学谋划，继续稳步推进五年发展战略规划，推动各项业务再上新台阶,为促进地区经济、社会、环境和谐发展做出更大贡献。by China Banking Regulatory Commission. By the end of 2012, the registered capital or share capital of Bank of Inner Mongolia had been RMB3 billion and the Bank had 1 business department, 8 branches, 68 sub-branches and 1,984 working staffs.

In the year of 2012, under the correct leadership and full support of the Party Committee and the Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and under the effective supervision of banking regulatory agencies, Bank of Inner Mongolia pioneered innovation, planned scientifically, developed steadily and achieved good operating results. As at the end of 2012, the Bank's total assets amounted to RMB60.255 billion, representing an increase of RMB13.647 billion as compared to the previous year. The total deposits amounted to RMB48.343 billion, representing an increase of RMB13.963 billion as compared to the previous year. The total loans amounted to RMB20.224 billion, representing an increase of RMB4.302 billion as compared to the previous year. The profit before allowances amounted to RMB1.399 billion. The net profit amounted to RMB0.844 billion, representing an increase of RMB0.236 billion as compared to the previous year.

In the past year, in accordance with laws and regulations of the Company Law and the Commercial Banking Law and the bank regulatory requirements, Bank of Inner Mongolia vigorously promoted performance capability of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors, and continually improved corporate governance; adjusted organizational framework, carded business process, perfected system construction and strengthened comprehensive risk management; scientifically distributed institution networks and continually extended service range; intensified business innovation, continually promoted financial brand influence and laid a solid foundation for healthy and sustainable development.
