Abstract
Theresultsof1HNMRinvestigationofB-Cyclodextrininclusioncomplexeswiththreecya-ninedyesinD2OandDMSOsolutionarereportedinthispaper,Itwasfoundthatthereisdiffer-enceinchemicalshiftofsomeprotonsbothofB-Cyclodextrincavityandofcyaninedyesbetweenafterandbeforecomplexing,thepositionofwhichisdependentupontheinclusivedegree.Fluo-rescencespectroscopyofcyaninedyesshowedthatthefluorescenceintensityofthesedyesisobv-iouslyquenchedduetotheformingofinclusionswithB-Cyclodextrin,rmationabouthydrogenbondwasinducedfromthestudyoftemperaturede-pendenceofchemicalshiftofhydroxylprotonsinB-Cyclodextrincavity,OH-3andOH-6.TheirequilibriumconstantsofinclusioncomplexeswereobtainedfromNMRchemicalshifttitration.ThestructuremodelofthreeinclusioncomplexesanddynamicprocessenteringB-Cyclodextrincavityhasbeendescribedinthispaper.
