建筑工程施工项目管理在具体工程中的实践探讨

【摘要】：社会在发展，时代在进步，随着经济的快速发展，建筑市场已经越来越规范，传统的偷工减料最大化以及"管干的不管算、管算的不管干"的管理局面和理念已经不能适应如今的时代了，如今项目管理的核心是成本管理，所以需要相应的改革，并在探索中改革，现在在实际工程项目中，新结构、新材料以及各种新技术新工艺不断出现，相应的施工管理也在不断发展中，显然，加强建筑施工管理的实践探讨是必要的。本文结合笔者在该大型建筑工程施工管理的实践经验，对结构工程质量工作管理具体作法进行了有意义的探讨和分析，并进行了一定的科学总结。
