生物活性测定,对体内的代谢转化、分子靶标及相关信号传导的研究有待于进一步深入。EGCG是主要的儿茶素类物质,在绿茶中含量丰富,具有多种生物活性,是研究茶叶保健功能和机理的理想成分。

EGCG的体外转化研究有利于发现新的具有高生物

活性的物质,对开发新药和保健品具有重要意义,同时对其体内代谢研究具有参考价值。EGCG的体内代谢研究是明确其保健机理的必经途径。只有明确了其吸收、分布、生物转化、排泄等问题,才能在器官、细胞和分子水平阐明其保健机理。
