高校非正式组织管理研究

Abstract

The student work is an important part of university education management work.With the

attendence of 90',their way of thinking have a great difference.Under this background, the

informal organization characterized personalized needs become more and more.These informal

organizations affect the stability of the institutions of higher learning greatly.Contemporary

college students are interested in all kinds of informal organization. there are all kinds of

contradictions between the formal and informal organization.therefore,Exploring ways to

effectively use of informal organizations of college students is important for the education of

university students management work .

In this paper, firstly,we conduct a brief introduction of research background and significance

of this paper,using the theory of management and related basic concepts of college students'

informal organization defined.Secondly, from the microscopic Angle to observe,the analyzes fo the classification of informal organization has the student's positive role and negative role in

education management.Finally, in this paper, the effective utilization of the informal organization management strategy has carried on the deep discussion, hope can provide college students

ideological and political education workers with some informal organizations of college students management technical method
