a. 遇到复数名词或不可数名词，泛指时不能用the: Life is hard. 生活艰难。

b. 遇到可数名词的单数时，不要忘了用冠词: the car 这辆车; a car 一辆车 (但不能只说car) c. 谈论人们的职业或工作时，用a/an:

She’s a teacher. (但不能说: She’s teacher.) 她是个教师。
