Analysis of enterprise human capital
investment in China
Abstract: With the advent of knowledge economy and the rapid development of high-tech industries, showing a notable change in the economic structure of the enterprises, human capital has become the traditional material and capital, technology and equipment promote the continued development of the enterprise after the "third capital". In this context, enterprise's human capital investment in China should not be optimistic. There is still a total lack of investment in human capital, structure reasonable, serious waste, vocational training and lifelong education system is not sound, and other prominent issues. Therefore, in order to improve the status of the enterprise human capital investment in China, must be true as a corporate strategic objectives for the development of human capital investment, and clear their own business strategy, formulation of human resource development planning, the establishment of enterprise human capital investment risk assessment mechanism, perfect a modern enterprise system, value their loyalty to the enterprise, and create a harmonious corporate culture, and to promote the comprehensive development of the enterprise.
