摘要 近些年来，由于我国城市化进程的推进、经济发展对大量劳动力的需求以及农村经济发展的滞后等原因，大量农民工进入了城市。但是农民工在城市融入的过程中，却遭受着经济、政治、社会保障等多个方面的社会排斥，而这些对农民工的社会排斥主要是通过不同的制度、文化等形式得以运作的，这种极大地阻碍了农民工的城市融入进程。

Research on the problem of migrant workers into the city

Abstract In recent years,Because of the reasons behind the city development in China, the economic development demand for the surplus labor and rural economic development.A large number of migrant workers into the city.But the process of migrant workers in city ,Suffer from economic, political, social security and other aspects of social exclusion.The social exclusion of migrant workers, mainly through the different system, culture and other forms to be operated.This greatly hindered the process of migrant workers into the city.
