Abstract
Theresearchobjectiveinthethesisisthetrainingeffectevaluationoftechnology—basedstaffinhigh—techenterprises.Thisthesisstudiesthetheoryoftrainingeffectevaluationathomeandabroad,combinedwithanalyzingthecharacteristicsof
andthe
tostatushigh-techenterprises,technology-basedstaffinhigh-techenterprisesoftrainingeffectevaluationofhigh-techenterprises.Onthisbasis,ittriesmodifyPhillips
five-levelROImodel,thatis,theapplicationlayercombinedwiththebusinessimpactlayer,calledtheapplication&resultslayer.Thendesignevaluationindexsystemofbusinessskillstrainingandgeneralskillstraining.Inthedesignofbusinessskillstrainingeffectiveevaluationindexsystem,Itnotonlytriestoputthereactionlayerevaluationindicators-teachersatisfaction,whichreflectsthetrainingteachers’appraisalontrainees’
tolearningattitude,atmosphereandtrainingeffectoftraineesfromanotherperspective
understandthetrainees’reaction;triestomakethelearninglevelindicators—theabilitytoacceptnewtechnologies,whichassessesthesensitivityoftechnology-basedstafftonewtechnologies.Butalsointroducestheapplication&resultslevelfinancialindicator-reducedrateofunitcostrelatedproducts,technicalinnovationoutputindictor-shortenthe
costdevelopmentcycleofpatent,andtheROIleveltrainingincomeindicator—theunit
reductionamountofrelatedproducts.Inthedesignofgeneralskillstrainingeffective
tointroducetheevaluationindexsystem,itattemptslearninglevelevaluationindicators
asattitudetowardslearning,whichassesseswhethertraineeswillingtolearn,aswell
knowledgeandnewtechnologiesnewcraving;andintroducetheapplication&resultslevelindicators-thecommonabilitytolearn,whichassessesthewillingness
areofsharingknowledgeandexperienceamongthetechnology-basedstaffthatregardedas
knowledgeworkers.
