The headlines of English news cater for the need of native readers, what’s more, the ideation between Chinese people and the western people is different, so the expression is also different. While translating, we should take the reading psychology of Chinese people into account, and make necessary diversification on some relative information culture and ways of expression that is not accord with the reading habit of the Chinese. Even for some simple and clear headlines, we should add the logical subject, the characters, the place and so on, in a word, to add some exegesis and introductory words to help the Chinese readers understand it better.

3.2 Leaving Some Words Out

There are two purposes in leaving out some words in the translation: to make the target language more concise, such words as pronouns, link words can be left out; to make the important information more eye-catching, the less important information can be omitted. For example,

The Battle Of Human Versus Computers at Chess. 人机象棋大战

Some information that is less important is left out in order to give prominence to the key information. This is also accord with the Chinese feature of connotative.

3.3 Changing Sentence Structures

If a changed structure can better express the meaning and flavor of the source language, a changed structure is preferred. For example,

The Sins of the Children Are Visited on the Parents. 父母该为子女的错误负责吗？(Use interrogative sentence instead of declarative sentence)

“Do You Wish To Proceed?”生死之间（Use declarative sentence instead of interrogative sentence ）

River on Fire! 河着火了（Translate a noun phrase into a sentence ）

Tranquility Is Shattered by Violence暴力打破了宁静(Use active voice instead of passive voice)
